Our funeral service to both celebrate her life and mourn our loss took place at Kitley House, a Tudor country house in the picturesque rolling hills of South Devon near Plymouth. We sang hyms and listened to some of her favourite music from reggae to classical and watched photographs of her taken throughout her life projected on the wall. Friends and family showed great love and respect for Karyn and we lit candles and the children decorated her flower covered willow casket with small flower posies. We heard some lovely stories, poems and eulogies from friends and family. After the service, she was carried on a horse drawn cart to Yealmpton Woodland Burial site and after spending many years globetrotting this beautiful English landscape is now her final resting place. She would have loved it. Love & Peace.
